There are no known side effects of goji juice.

There is one case where a drug interaction was reported for goji tea, though. This case was reported in Annals of Pharmacotherapy and was an interaction between an anticoagulant drug (blodd thinner) and goji tea. The symptoms went away when the patient stopped drinking the tea.

Keep in mind, though, that this report side effect was for goji tea, not goji juice. There are no known side effects for goji juice.
